My mission is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with courage and confidence by offering compassionate, strength-centered therapy that fosters hope, healing, growth, and the journey toward a more fulfilling life. I have my Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I also hold a Bachelor Degree from the University of Alabama in Psychology with a minor in Business. I am currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Alabama and Florida. I specialize in Women's Issues, parenting, and treating trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I provide individual, family, and group therapy.
